Home User Rates
We are committed to maintaining competitively low rates while providing a high level of professional service. Labor charges are straight forward as follows:

There is no travel fee for home visits within Worcester County. For home visits outside Worcester County a modest travel fee is charged to cover travel time (based on $30/hr of driving time).
No home user will pay more than $269 in labor to service a single computer. If your computer has a broken part that needs to be replaced, that will add to the total cost. Parts that break the most are the mechanical ones - hard drives and CD/DVD drives, and almost all of them cost less than $100 each.
Occassionally, Clearpoint
Computer Services may need to take your computer back to our shop to repair really tough problems, and return it to you within 48 hours. This does not happen very often.

The labor rate we charge businesses is also extremely low.
The hourly rate listed is for standard desktop support
and problem resolution. For more extensive projects,
we provide a written quote.
