With the Clearpoint Computer Services labor cap home users can be assured they will pay no more than $269 in labor charges for service or repair to any one computer, regardless of how long it takes.

There is no travel fee for home visits within Worcester County. For home visits outside Worcester County a modest travel fee is charged to cover travel time (based on $30/hr of driving time).
If your computer has a broken part that needs to be replaced, that will add to the total cost. Parts that break the most are the mechanical ones - hard drives and CD/DVD drives, and almost all of them cost well under $100 each.
